Often in times of crisis, the housing and construction of both temporary and permanent solutions fall back on existing and usually old-fashioned strategies due to the need to provide tried and true quick fix. We look at these times of chaos as an opportunity to reimagine the designed communities as part of a sustainable, regenerative, resilient and desirable future.
We bring together the global experts in construction technologies, materials, disaster relief and even space architecture to rebuild the homes of the OTEF war zone in a way that will support the wellbeing, longevity and happiness of its inhabitants.
BRIEF
On October 7th, a terrorist organization invaded the Israeli communities residing adjacent to the Gaza border, also known as the OTEF (the envelope). The invasion resulted in mass causalities, hostages and severe damage and destruction to tens of thousands of buildings, mainly residential. 125,000 residents have been displaced, most without a home to return to.
OUR PLAN
Design and rebuild the communities as future forward sustainable homes and supporting structures using advanced technology and materials resulting in cost effective solutions, built in 1/3 of the construction time with minimal reliance on manual labor.
